About Me

I've been where you are now

My name is Tomasz, and I'm a Nutrition & Fitness Coach specialising in EMS training.

A few years ago, I was exactly where many of my clients start — overweight, low on energy and confidence, and feeling stuck. Today, I'm in the best shape of my life. I've lost over 20 kilos, built strength, improved my health and finally feel comfortable in my own body.

That experience shapes the way I coach.

I don't believe in extreme diets, cutting out everything you enjoy or living like a professional athlete. I believe in smart training, simple nutrition and plans that fit real life.

In practice, that means helping people get in shape without giving up normal food, weekends or social life.
